About Me

My name is Cesar Bystrom, and I am a UX/UI designer with experience launching an e-commerce clothing company and working in corporate law. My background in research, client management, brand strategy, and visual design helps me approach problems in a mindful and inventive way.

Two fun facts about me: When I was a kid, my mother tried to convince me that I should attend a clown school located in the most northern part of Sweden because, as she put it, "Your interesting humor makes people happy.” When I lived in LA, I was in the same scene as Jane Fonda and Jennifer Lopez as an extra in the Movie "Monster-In-Law.”

After working in law for a few years, I started an American-made clothing company with my co-founder and friend. My e-commerce experience and taking our ideas from concept to design ultimately led me to re-think my career path and pursue something that I had been contemplating for years, a career in UX/UI design.

When I am not reading and learning about UX/UI design principles, I stay active with soccer, scuba diving, rock climbing, and surfing. I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges. Reach out to bystrom.cesar@gmail.com to connect.
