About.

My design journey has been anything but linear. After years in corporate finance law, I transitioned to entrepreneurship, launching a B2C e-commerce clothing company. Although the venture ultimately didn't succeed, it was a transformative experience that set me on the path to design.

My path to product design has been one of change, curiosity, and growth. I began in corporate law, immersed in complex legal frameworks and analytical thinking. But over time, I found myself yearning to create tangible products that would connect with people directly.

This led me to launch an e-commerce clothing company, where I learned firsthand about brand strategy, customer engagement, and the impact of user experience. That entrepreneurial chapter sparked my interest in design and understanding user needs.

Soon after, I joined a fintech startup, where I refined my ability to listen closely to customer pain points and craft solutions that truly mattered. This hands-on experience solidified my passion for design and drove me to pursue it further.

Eventually, I found myself at Atlassian on the Jira Growth team, where my drive for creating meaningful change in product design flourished. Here, I led experiments that reshaped user experiences—like the interactive Jira Software product tour, which boosted signups by 66%.

My journey, which began in corporate law, has evolved into a design career built on continuous learning, embracing change, and a deep commitment to user-centered solutions.

    • Enhanced the Jira Product Tour Page by leveraging heatmaps, scroll metrics, and bounce rate analysis, leading to optimized page hierarchy and a measurable improvement in the quality of signups.

    • Designed and executed A/B testing strategies that optimized interactive educational content, improving user engagement and reinforcing platform learning outcomes.
